Soy-Ipoghurt as an antidiabetic on hiperglicemic animal modelling Rattus norvegicus

Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is generally through optimizing a balanced diet. Soybeans and sweet potatoes have good antioxidants can be developed as healthy foods for people with diabetes. are processed into Soy-yoghurt. This study aims to determine the potential soy yogurt an antidiabetic in experimental animals, Rattus norvegicus induced by hyperglycemia, using Streptozotocin. used experiment design total 40 animals. The research was conducted at Medica Farma Husada Polytechnic Laboratory, Mataram, 2022. animals that Streptozotocin (STZ) were then given Soy-yogurt orally 3 ml 3.5 doses. Experimental animals' Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG) levels measured weekly Glucometer, while body weight (BW) every three days. results obtained analyzed statistically ANOVA test. test showed there significant difference blood sugar (p<0,05) fasting but no BW (p>0,05). concludes provision soybeans affect level FBG does not
